Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at ENHANSKIN.
We only accept return and exchange if the product(s) is incorrect, damaged or defective by factory. Change of mind is not applicable as skincare product is very hygienic. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Return must be done within 3 calendar days after receiving date (referring to tracking number).
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refund is provided only if the item(s) ordered is out of stock, duplicate order and transaction error due to system/network connection. No refund, return or exchange for incompatibility of the product(s) on your skin because every skin journey is very personal and different.
Costs associated with the returning or exchanging of item(s) must be borne by customers. You are responsible for the item(s) until they safely reach us- hence you need to pack the item(s) well to prevent any damages during transit and also must be done using trackable courier. But, delivery fee for the exchange of new product to customer will be on us!
