1. WHAT IS THE PRODUCT EXPIRY?
Our product are newly manufactured and it has18 months shelf life. The product will have the manufacturing date printed on its packaging. However, it is advisable to follow the Period-After-Opening (PAO) as printed on each product's packaging.
2. IS THIS SERUM SUITABLE FOR MY SKIN?
This serum is made specifically to cater all skin types, even on sensitive skin. When it comes to skincare products, everyone's mileage may vary according to our own skin.

3. CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
All sales are final, no cancellation is allowed. However, you can amend your order details within one (1) hour after order has been made. Amendments of shipping details can be done by WhatsApp us at +60146000954 with your new details. Once your order is shipped out, we can no longer make any changes.
1. HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
It is RM8 for Semenanjung and RM13 for Sabah/Sarawak. Our standard shipping is by using Pgeon or Poslaju depending on courier availability. Tracking number will be updated through email / SMS / WhatsApp once orders is shipped out.
2. HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKES?
Orders made before 1pm, will be shipped on the same day. Orders made after that will be processed on the next business days. Usually delivery might takes up to 5 business days, depending on customer's location and couriers load. 3. CAN I OPT FOR SELF-PICKUP OR COD?
Yes, you can opt for self-pickup if you're around Bandar Botanic & Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang. However we prefer payment to be made beforehand (deposit is accepted) to ensure the customer is serious with the business. Please WhatsApp us at +60146000954 to set the appointment.
1. CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?
We only accept return if the product(s) is incorrect, damaged or defective by factory. Change of mind is not applicable as skincare products is very hygienic. Return must be done within 3 calendar days after receiving date (referring to tracking number).
No refund (in terms of money) will be provided in any circumstances unless the item(s) ordered is out of stock.
No refund, return or exchange for incompatibility of the product(s) on your skin because every skin journey is very personal and different.
2. HOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY COST FOR EXCHANGE?
Costs associated with the returning or exchanging of item(s) must be borne by customers. You are responsible for the item(s) until they safely reach us- hence you need to pack the item(s) well to prevent any damages during transit and also must be done using trackable courier. But, delivery fee for the new product to customer will be on us!
